The cause:
The team code in Pleo should reflect the department number in e-conomic. So if the team code is incorrect (e.g., it's showing as "0" in Pleo and no such number can exist in e-conomic), then the export will fail.
The solution:
Make sure that the team code in Pleo matches the department number in e-conomic. To further ensure that this error doesn't come up again, you can reach out to either your dedicated customer success or our support team and ask them to enable department sync between your Pleo account and e-conomic. When this is enabled, Pleo will automatically show you the list of available departments in your e-conomic account, like this:
