To get started with Pleo as an employee, you first need to receive an invite to join your company's Pleo account:
- Accept the invite by clicking Join your team
- Set up your passcode and two-factor authentication
- Download the Pleo mobile app (available for IOS and Android)
- Log in with your Pleo credentials - get help in case you experience login issues
Here are a few other things that are important for you to start using Pleo:
Cards
- Activate card
- Add card to digital wallet
- Find my limits
- In case you receive a physical card: Find my card PIN code
Expenses
- Get reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses
- Mark expense as personal
- Submit a mileage claim
- Declined payment troubleshooting
