If you have entered the wrong PIN code three times, your Pleo card will be blocked as a safety precaution. Before you can use it again, you need to reset your PIN attempts.
Note: Resetting your PIN attempts does not allow you to change the PIN code. Currently, it's not possible to change your PIN code.
Reset Pin
- Go to Account in the Pleo mobile app
- Navigate to Security
- Tap on Card PIN
- Choose Reset PIN attempts
Good to know:
- PIN codes are not applicable for US customers
- For US cards, it's not possible to withdraw cash from an ATM
