Why do I get this message?
DATEV has recently updated their infrastructure, for that reason an update to the newest version of DATEV is required to continue a seamless integration with Pleo.
What should I do?
Make sure to reconnect the DATEV integration as soon as possible.
- Go to Settings
- Click Accounting
- Click Disconnect
- Select DATEV Unternehmen Online to reconnect the integration and follow the prompts
What happens if I don't update?
If you don't reconnect the integrations any export attempts after 31st of March 2024 will fail. If you have waited until after the deadline, simply reconnect the integration follow the steps above and the exports should be successful again.
