Step 1: Add an out-of-pocket expense:
- In the Pleo app, tap the + button
- Click out-of-pocket expense
- Take a picture of the receipt
- Add all expense details - Pleo will suggest expense details based on the receipt, tap the suggestions to confirm that they are correct.
Step 2: Get reimbursed
- Add bank details of an European bank
- In the Pleo app, go to Account
- Tap Reimbursement methods
- Add your bank details
- Wait for the expense to be approved
- Tap Owed to you
- If you are able to reimburse yourself, you'll see the get reimbursed button. Tap it and follow the prompts.
- If you are unable to reimburse yourself, your admin or bookkeeper can reimburse you. You can see the reimbursement in the overview.
- Receive your reimbursement within 1-3 business days
Good to know: If you don't see the option to add an out-of-pocket expense or to add reimbursement methods, contact your admin, they may need to enable it.
