There are a few things to try if you are experiencing issues while adding receipts:
- Try it on another device
If you are trying to add the receipt in the app on your phone, try logging into the browser and add the receipt there. - Troubleshooting for Pleo mobile app:
- Log out from the account
- Uninstall the app
- Clear cookies and cache
- Restart the device
- Install the app
- Log into the account again
