Balance statement
A balance statement shows a final balance as of a specific date. It includes all transactions that were settled by that date.
To download a balance statement from Pleo:
- Navigate to Cash Management
- Click Get statement
- Select the day
- Click Download if you want to download the statement
- Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly
Unable to download a balance statement?
If you get the error message "Unable to get balance statement, this is caused by a data mismatch between Pleo and our payment processor." These mismatches usually resolve automatically, but if the issue persists after 3-4 days, please get in touch with our support team.
Running balance statement
A running balance statement shows all transactions and the continuously updated balance for a selected date range.
To download a running balance statement from Pleo:
- Navigate to Cash Management
- Click Get running balance statement
- Select the currency (if applicable)
- Select the date range
- Click Download if you want to download the statement
- Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly
