User management through SCIM with Okta or Microsoft Entra

Connect your Okta or Microsoft Entra SCIM to Pleo to automatically:

• Create users - Create or link user profiles when assigning the Pleo app to a user in Okta or Microsoft Entra.
  Good to know: As soon as a user accepts the Pleo invite and logs in for the first time they are billable.
  
  
• Update the user name - The default user name is set to be the email. Note: the user name will not be updated until the email is verified
  
  
• Deactivate users - When Pleo is unassigned in your SCIM or the SCIM account is deactivated. Accounts will be reactivated if the app is reassigned within 2 weeks.

To set up the integration:

1. Navigate to Setting
2. Click Integrations and go to the People management tab
3. Select Okta or Microsoft Entra
4. Click Connect
5. Follow the instructions:
   • For Okta: Use the connection guide
   • For Microsoft Entra:
     1. Copy the Tenant URL and Secret token
     2. Log in to Microsoft Entra and follow the instructions to supply the Tenant URL and Secret token
     3. Follow instructions to test connection in Microsoft Entra
     4. Select the people in Microsoft Entra that you want to link to Pleo
     5. In Pleo navigate to People to invite the linked people to Pleo
