Why are you introducing plan changes?

We're introducing plan changes to better align with our goal of continuously improving Pleo and delivering more value to our customers. 


Are you increasing the subscription fees? 

No, we are not changing the subscription fees. The Starter plan remains free. However, if you add or maintain a third user in the future, there will be a fee of €9.50 / 89 DKK / £9.5 / 99 SEK / $11 per month. 


What are the plan changes? 

The plan changes relate to feature availability—we're adding or removing access to certain features across plans. All customers will be notified via email and given a two-month grace period before the latest plan becomes effective.


When will the latest plans be effective?

Existing Pleo subscribers will be notified via email and given a two-month grace period before the updated plan takes effect. However, if you'd like early access to any of the new features, you can update your plan at any time by navigating to Account Settings → General → Billing.


What if I don't want changes to my plan?

If you don't want to accept the changes to your plan, you have the following options:


  • Downgrade or cancel your subscription before the plan changes take effect.
  • Contact customer support to discuss any concerns or explore available offers.


Where can I find my current plan details?

You can view your current plan details in your account settings under General → Billing. We've also sent you an email with the upcoming changes and your available options.
