Manage teams, clients and team members

Setting up teams will allow you to reflect your organisation's team structure in the Pleo Partner Portal and will allow you to organise access to client's accounts according to the team structure.

Set up teams

Create a team

  1. Go to the People page in the Partner Portal
  2. Select Teams 
  3. Click on Create team 
  4. Add a name and description
  5. Confirm


Add team members (bookkeepers) and clients to a team:

  1. Go to the People page in the Partner Portal
  2. Select Teams 
  3. Select the team you want to manage
  4. Add Team clients and Bookkeepers
