Error: "Refresh Token Failed / HTTP Error (Bad Request)"


  1. In Business Central, open Pleo Integration Setup
  2. Click More Options
  3. Click Actions
  4. Click Update Access Token
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen
  6. Once complete, test to export an expense


Good to know: If you experience Expired Export Job and/or Refresh token failed errors frequently, learn how to migrate to API Keys authorisation method, which will resolve the issue(s).
