Learn where to find your bank transfer details in Pleo as an admin, so you can correctly top up your account from your bank.

Find your bank details for a bank transfer

You can find your bank transfer details in the Pleo web app. Use these details when you make a manual top-up from your bank.

  1. In the Pleo web app, go to Cash Management
  2. Select the account you want to find the bank details for
  3. Click Add money
  4. Select Bank transfer (if applicable)
  5. Click Bank transfer details (at the bottom of the pop-up)


Always use the bank transfer details shown in Pleo when making a transfer. If you cannot see your bank transfer details (or you do not have access to Cash Management), contact your admin. Sending a transfer to old or incorrect details may delay your top-up.
