How to reconcile funds transfer when using the Holded Online integration

1. Connect Pleo and Holded.

2. Export any funds transfer to Holded.
   
   

Reconcile funds transfer in Holded:

1. In Holded, go into the bank account that you used to transfer your Pleo Account.

2. Click "Reconcile" (Spanish: Reconciliar) on the right-hand side of the page:

   
   

   

   
   

3. Type "Pleo" in the search bar and click on the Account transfer.

4. Click on the transfer from the list:

   
   

   
   

   
   

5. Click "Transfer" (Spanish: Transferir). Customers with a basic version of Holded won't see this option. If this is the case for you, please click "Mark as reconciled" (Spanish: Marcar como conciliado) instead of "Transfer". Please note however that the "Mark as reconciled" option will not create an accounting entry.

   
   

   

   
   

6. Select the Pleo bank account from the dropdown menu and click "Create" (Spanish: Crear).

   
   

   

   
   

Done! Once a Account transfer is reconciled, it's moved to the Holded section instead of the Bank Statement section:
