How can I change my personal details in Pleo?

You can easily change your name, phone number, passcode and language setting in your Pleo profile


When you are logged in to Pleo on your browser:

  1. Click on your profile icon
  2. Go to My account
  3. Change the details you'd like to change


When you are logged in to the Pleo in the mobile app:

  1. Navigate to your account by clicking on the smiley
  2. Click General and then Profile
  3. Change the details you'd like to change


If you are unable to log in and need to change your phone number:

Reach out to your admin and request them to reset your authentication method, this will allow you to change your phone number and update other personal details.


Good to know:

  •  When you change your phone number you'll receive a verification code to the phone number you'd like to add to the account
  • It's not possible to change your email address, learn more about how you can change your email address.
