Forgot passcode

This article covers your Pleo login passcode (used to access app.pleo.io). If you need help with your card PIN for in-store payments, see Card PIN code instead.

To reset your passcode:

  1. Go to the Pleo app
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Forgot passcode and follow the prompts to reset your passcode 


Note: 
  • If you are unable to reset your passcode, reach out to your admin and they will be able to reset your passcode for you. Once you receive a reset passcode email, change your passcode within 24 hours.
