In some cases you may need to replace one of your Pleo cards, for example when a card is damaged, lost or stolen.
Keep in mind: You don't need to replace cards that are about to expire; Pleo will automatically send a new card 1 month before the expiry date.
FOR EMPLOYEES: To replace your Pleo card
- Go to Cards in the Pleo app
- Select the card you need to replace
- Freeze the card
- Destroy the card by reporting it as Lost or Stolen
- Replace the card:
- Virtual card: Activate the new virtual card in your Pleo account.
- Physical card: Reach out to your admin to order a new card.
FOR ADMINS: To replace a Pleo card
- Go to People in the Pleo web app
- Select the card holders profile
- Select the card you need to replace
- Freeze the card
- Destroy the card by reporting it as Lost or Stolen
- Replace the card:
- Virtual card: Cardholders need to activate their own virtual card
- Physical card: Order a new card.
Good to know:
- While you're waiting for the physical card to be delivered, virtual cards can be used for most cases by adding them to a digital wallet.

The first card for every user is free, fees for replacement cards depend on your subscription (no fees for replacement cards in the US):- Starter plan: £10 / € 10 / 120 SEK / 90 DKK
- Essential plan: £5 / € 5 / 60 SEK / 45 DKK
- Advanced plan: £5 / € 5 / 60 SEK / 45 DKK
*Dependent on the card program, while requesting the card is available without a fee, certain other transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions are associated with the use of the card.
