Spending limits
Find your spending limits in the Pleo mobile app:
- Go to Home
- Tap the available balance to see your spending limits
Understand your limits
You may see one or more of the following limits on your card:
- Monthly limit: the total you can spend in a calendar month. Resets automatically at the start of each month.
- Total limit: a fixed budget applied from the date it was set. Your admin can reset it manually.
- Per purchase limit: the maximum amount allowed in a single transaction. Purchases above this amount will be declined at the point of payment.
Your admin sets these limits. If you need a limit increased, see the request section below.
Request a spending limit increase
If you need to temporary increase your spending limit, you can request this in the Pleo app:
- Go to Cards in the Pleo mobile app
- Tap the available balance
- Click Increase limit
- Fill in the request
- You'll receive a notification once the request has been approved by your admin or team reviewer
ATM withdrawal limits
The ATM withdrawal limits vary based on the location your organisation is registered:

Note: Organisations registered in the US won't be able to withdraw cash from an ATM.
