Issues with verification email

Verification link is expired

It's important to open the verification link on the same device and in the same browser, to avoid receiving an expired link error message.

Good to know: If you are trying to log into the Pleo app, you can use the camera on the device with the app to scan the QR code in the email.

Still doesn't work?

If you can't open the email on the same device, or if clicking the link still results in an error (which can happen with email clients such as Outlook), you can manually copy and paste the link instead:

  1. Right click Log in this device in the email to copy the link
  2. Optional: Send the link to the device you want to log in on
  3. Paste the link in the browser you are trying to log into

Verification email not received

There are a things you can try if you are not receiving the verification email to log in:

  1. Make sure you used the right email address
  2. Check your spam/junk folder
  3. Wait 10 minutes for the email to arrive
  4. Reach out to your IT department - Messages from no-reply@pleo.io or with messages id eu-west-1.amazonses.com might be blocked.
