Depending on the transfer method used, you should receive your funds transfer within 6 business days.
There are a few reasons why you may not have received your funds transfer:
- Your first funds transfer, or you've changed bank accounts
For your first funds transfer or transfer from new bank accounts, Pleo will verify your bank account to make sure it matches the name of your organisation in Pleo.
Note: It can take up to 8 business days for the first BACS (UK only) transfer from a new mandate.
- You used the wrong bank account
If you send funds from your personal bank account or a bank account with a different name, the funds will be returned to you within 7 business days.
Note: In some cases, Pleo will need proof of transfer. If this is the case, the admin will receive an email with the request. - Transfer rule not received (external bank as the source account)
As soon as it's triggered, you can see the transfer as pending in your Cash Management page. Most automatic transfers can take up to 6 business days to be added to your account.
Note: Transfer rules is available on all plans for all markets other than US.
If you still haven't received your funds transfer after 6 business days, reach out to our Support team with the proof of payment at hand.
