In some cases, you will need to reach out to your admin, for example to reset your passcode or to request a new card.
To find out who your Pleo admin:
- Navigate to Cards
- Under Card Limits, click Managed by for a list of Bookkeepers and Admins
- Click on the copy icon to copy their email address
