Find my admin

In some cases, you will need to reach out to your admin, for example to reset your passcode or to request a new card. 


Issues accessing your account? You won't be able to follow the steps below. Instead:
  • Check the original Pleo invite email — the sender is often your admin.
  • Ask a colleague who uses Pleo to check on your behalf.
  • Fix your Log in issues.


To find out who your Pleo admin:

  1. Navigate to Cards
  2. Under Card Limits, click Managed by for a list of Bookkeepers and Admins
  3. Click on the copy icon to copy their email address
