If you have accidentally used your Pleo card for a personal expense:
- In the Pleo app, select the expense you want to mark as personal
- Tap the three-dot menu
- Tap Mark as personal expense
Good to know:
- You can only use this option if Reimbursements has been enabled for the company. If you don't see the option, reach out to your admin.
- It's not possible to mark an expense as personal once it's been processed. If this is the case, reach out to your reviewer or admin.
- The personal expense will not be settled through Pleo, reach out to your admin to find out your settlement process.
- For admins:
- Only the card holder can mark an expense as personal
- It's not possible to settle personal expenses through the Pleo app, we recommend settling the balance outside of Pleo.
