- File a complaint with one of our support agents, provide the following details:

- The email address registered to the Pleo account
- Company name
- Description of the issue
- Pleo will investigate your complaint and reach out if we need more information or if we have an update on your complaint.
We always do our best to handle complaints promptly and effectively. If immediate resolution isn't possible, we'll keep you updated throughout our investigation and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
