User management through SCIM with Okta

Connect your Okta SCIM to Pleo to automatically:

• Create users - Create or link user profiles when assigning the Pleo app to a user in Okta.
  Good to know: As soon as a user accepts the Pleo invite and logs in for the first time they are billable.
  
  
• Update the user name - The default user name is set to be the email. Note: the user name will not be updated until the email is verified
  
  
• Deactivate users - When Pleo is unassigned in Okta or the Okta account is deactivated. Accounts will be reactivated if the app is reassigned within 2 weeks.

To set up the integration:

1. Navigate to Setting
2. Click Integrations and go to the People management tab
3. Select Okta
4. Click Connect
5. Follow the prompts & the connection guide
