Submit a mileage claim

To submit a mileage claim:

1. In the Pleo app, tap + 
2. Select Mileage
3. If prompted to: Select a fuel rate or vehicle type
4. Enter your travel date, departure address and destination address
5. Double check the total distance calculated - If it's incorrect click on the 3-dots to change the journey details
6. Click Check mark
7. Add all expense details - Pleo will suggest expense details based on the receipt, tap the suggestions to confirm that they are correct

Getting reimbursed for your mileage claim works in the same way as getting reimbursed for your out-of-pocket expenses.

Good to know: 

• Mileage claims can only be submitted through the Pleo mobile app.
• Mileage claims get submitted per claim added - there is no need to submit a report
• Once you have submitted a mileage claim, you'll no longer be able to edit it. If you need to make changes: delete the claim and submit it again
